Summary: No AC in common area, The room has 2 single small beds , AC was off and window was open It took the AC long time to cool the room

Summary: It was nice that the hotel provided free water bottles, coke and juice. Bathroom/shower improvement was good. We appreciate the upgrade and spacious room, however, we actually prefer to have the old wing pool view room. New wing room was very far from elevators. There was no tissue paper, wash cloths.

Summary: We had a wonderful 1 night stay. Staff was amazing !! A shout out to our waiter who took amazing care of us! Super friendly and went above and beyond! Beautiful pool and garden area! Will definitely be back!

Summary: We were disappointed that the mini bar was not refrigerated. We asked about it at reception and were told that the kitchen would refrigerate our leftovers from their restaurant. When we asked the server in the restaurant, he chuckled and said that they would not do it. Also, we would prefer glasses for drinking, rather than paper cups.

Summary: Great new surprise for us. Will not stay at Hilton again. Shuttle is fast and convenient. Restaurant food is good and bed was confortable.

Summary: I received a letter from Expedia a few days prior to the trip explaining that the shuttle pick up location was temporarily moved to a different location. The info on the letter was out of date and I ended up wallking around the airport uselessly, missing the shuttle, waiting in the cold, just to end up paying for an uber after a frustrating time searching for the shuttle which was not where the letter said it was. Wasted my time, suffered the cold wait and stress of confusion.
