Summary: One of the fastest check-in. The key card was already ready. A pretty good breakfast spread. The staff are very friendly. Had a good stay!

Summary: The staff was great; they were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was really large and comfortable; breakfast was also really fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next time we stay at the Mercure Sofia!
