Summary: On the advertising it says pay films but that’s not true and I can’t even control the air conditioner as it lock. Other than that everything was fine.

Summary: Check in was easy and hassle free, it is unfortunate that the rooms are not maintained or cleaned well. Calcium build up and mould in shower, dust caked between skirting board and carpet. I’m not sure how hard it is to use a crevice attachment on the vacuum unit. Poor job from the cleaners that’s for sure.

Summary: I stayed at this property for 8 nights and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Dirty dishes were left on the floor outside rooms for over 24 hours without being cleaned up, which was quite unhygienic and unpleasant. During my entire stay, the staff never greeted me or offered any kind of welcome, which made the atmosphere feel cold and uninviting. The room itself lacked basic modern features—there was no smart TV, and the Foxtel service was fuzzy and didn’t work properly. I attempted to order room service and called repeatedly for over an hour with no answer. Eventually, I gave up and went across the road to eat. To top it off, the checkout experience was just as impersonal. The staff member at the desk didn’t speak to me at all—she simply handed me the bill with the EFTPOS machine beside it, offering no goodbye or thank you. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor service made for a disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.
