Positive: Nagyon szép tiszta minden, kényemes az ágy, illetve szuper a szobához tartozó terasz. A kinti medence, napozó rész is nagyon rendben van. Kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. A reggeli nagyon bőséges és finom!

Negative: Sajnos csak egy lift elérhető ami kissé lassúvá, nehézkessé tette a közlekedést a negyedik emeletre. A benti parkolóhelyek száma elég limitált, nem tudtunk bent parkolni, amit egyébként utólag tudtunk meg, hogy feláras lett volna.

Negative: Dinner was not tasty. Somebody scratched our car in the private parking. We asked staff to check the camera. Didn't receive answer 5 days later.

Positive: Szép, tiszta volt a hotel, nagyon jó, bőséges reggeli volt. Remek helyen helyeszkedik el. Személyzet is kedves volt.

Negative: A délutáni órákban nagyon zsúfolt volt a medence és a wellness. El is fogytak a szaunalepedők.

Positive: It had a lot of amenities, was centrally located.

Negative: Potential guests need to know that the local public transportation is not good. There is one taxi company with 2 cars. They do not speak English so you need to have a local help you book it. You would expect that the hotels would accommodate for this. We came in by train/bus to Tokaj with luggage and 100 degree weather. The hotel could not provide transportation so we had to walk from the train station. This is not good customer service. I even asked about transportation when I booked it. I was told I could get a taxi. Both cars were in Budapest.

Summary: Fine but bad start to our trip.

Positive: Staff were nice overall, but not always helpful, not everyone could speak English, some students had challenges in performing their duties.

Negative: Bed was awful, old and deshaped. Breakfast selection was rather poor and of low quality, especially bread and coffee. Hotel's restaurant (winestone) did not accept our claim that the meal was too salty and we were ignored.
