Positive: Night duty and reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Very happy with service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good.
Negative: Bar staff were rude. Evening restaurant staff were poor. We were placed at a table where restaurant staff kept brushing past us. Staff did not smile or engage with us. Not a pleasant evening would not eat there again.

Positive: The hotel was easy to find but we arrived on a wedding evening so parking was challenging (although there is plenty round the back). The staff are excellent and the building is nice and spacious. The food is good value and the breakfast was good. It was good value for money. For those with a dog there are reasonable grounds and a nice walk across the dual carriageway (not the easiest to find)
Negative: Our room was adjacent to the court yard being used by the wedding, so quite noisy on the first night. Having the window closed meant the room was hot. A hotel like this should have an EV Charger.
