Positive: The inn is of close proximity to the airport. There are restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity to the Inn.
Negative: There was no bottle water available in the room. Also we were told that there were things available in the room to make tea and it was not there. These things are needed especially if the clients are coming in from the airport due to a late flight.

Positive: Very pleasant staff. Comfortable bed.Powerful air conditioning.Consistently strong WiFi signal. It's a one-minute walk to the beach in front of Sandals ,but I preferred to walk about 5 -minutes to swimmable Dover Beach where sun beds/umbrellas were for rent,and where there were beachfront restaurants. Plenty of taxis were available near the hotel. If one intends to spend one's vacation exploring the various beaches on the island as I did ,then this hotel is quite acceptable. If you need to spend much time in the hotel then this may not be the place for you,although the terraces were nice. The rooms are very basic,but clean.Nothing shabby .The hotel rate is VERY good given the cost of most hotels on the island during high season. There was no noise from cars/traffic. Management was very timely in responding to emails. I would stay here again-unless I were on my honeymoon.
Negative: I ended up staying here a total of 16 nights -and enjoyed every day.
Summary: Well managed,clean,quiet budget hotel.

Positive: Good location, not too expensive. And if there's an issue, the property is related to the Dover beach hotel right next door and the first time I stayed there, I got a room there which was fine and nice and everything. It is next to the turtle beach and sandals resorts which are both all inclusive, . The water always seemed a bit rough whenever i've gone there though and I didn't really go in the water.
Negative: Do not eat at the restaurant in the Dover.It takes forever to get food, the quality it's not good and it's very much overpriced.. Go down the street to Lawrence gap. And there are a bunch of burger places which play Loud music and other places to eat from. right on the corner. There is a restaurant that might have some good food in it. There is also a Dover supermarket mini market there. Although it's quite expensive and I was told that the supermarket in oistins . If your staying awhile is much cheaper to take a Van and go shopping there. The first time I stayed there. I did eat there and I don't remember it being a problem but I was just there now in January and I walked out after I took a bite of the food and I don't really care what they did with it..

Positive: Simple and clean. Not luxury but the bed was comfy, bathroom clean and location handy for the beach and nice local bars for food and beers. Only stayed 1 night as in transit. Room 2 upstairs. It had all we needed but basic facilities, ie no food/bar etc. friendly staff who ordered a taxi for us. 15 minutes to the airport (US$30)
Negative: It was all good Simple’s stuff!!
Summary: Simple, clean and handy for a 24 hour stop-over with swim on the beach and eating local etc!
