Positive: Beautiful appartment with amazing views. Very spacious. Large heated indoor and outdoor pools and a good size gym. High speed elevators up to the 40th floor! Convenient location for the Gold Coast and there's local shops and bars very nearby.
Negative: The bed was a little bit on the hard side. I was too scared to go out onto the 40th floor balcony!
Summary: Wow - amazing appartment in the sky. Ultra modern and well equipped.

Positive: We have stayed here numerous times over the last 10years. We love the ocean view, and the outdoor pool facilities. The pool area get full sun all day due to no surrounding high rises.
Negative: The pool area was closed bc someone smashed a glass inside the pool enclosure. It was closed the entire holiday, and we were given no other alternatives. Even the grassed area outside of the pool enclose was closed off. Perhaps allowing us to use the outdoor pool at a nearby area would have been a nice option. Whilst staff were not rude, they gave us no support, just one word answers. We even saw other holidayers jumping the locked pool fence to lay beside the pool or on the grass areas, and staff walking straight past them! Yet we (and others, doing the right thing) were denied access!!
Summary: Love the room as usual, but, so disappointed we missed opportunities to lay in the Sun on our Gold Coast holiday getaway
