Positive: Very friendly and kind host. Offered suggestions and tips. Helped with hot water issues. There were small gifts for us, sweets, water, even flip flops. Great location. Everything you need in max 2 blocks, bakery, kebap, grocery. 3 minute walk to T1 Tram and Main Street towards Grand Baazar and other popular locations.

Negative: Seemed a bit scary at first as it’s located in “local area”, but this was false impression. Everyone was really kind and nice.
