Summary: We selected this property for the outdoor area and the pool / hot tub. It did not disappoint! The pool is amazing, perfect for swimming laps and plenty of space for the kiddos. The hot tub is huge and so relaxing. The outdoor space is set up perfect, spacious and comfy. We loved the extras too ( pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, workout mats, etc. definitely a nice touch). The kitchen is perfect for cooking, loaded with most anything you need. We loved the Blackstone grill too, ( probably going to have buy one for home now, lol). Finally, the walk in shower….amazing! I would have never left the shower if the outdoor area wasn’t so awesome! 😂 Will most certainly stay here again if we are back in the area. Our week was perfect! Also, communication with the host was outstanding!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful vacation at this amazing home! The pool and lanai were our favorite part and just as pictured. We would definitely recommend this home and Dorian as a host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was well stocked and very clean. We look forward to returning in the future!

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mermaid Tales. The house was clean, spacious and included everything we needed. The property manager was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We specifically wanted a location close to spring training parks but not in a crowded community and this property did just that. We liked it so much we booked it for 2024.

Summary: The host, Dorian, replied to any questions I had within minutes. The home and pool area were very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make breakfast/lunch and even a grill. Close to Cape Coral and Punta Gorda for exploring. Sunset at Hurricane Charley’s was spectacular. Dinner at Wyvern Hotel rooftop overlooking downtown Punta Gorda at night was fun. The weather was perfect (sunny, mid 80’s).

Summary: We had a great experience with this property. Doree was a great communicator and host. Pool and spa were fantastic. Home was very clean and well supplied. A little out of the way, but much less traffic than in south Cape Coral. There is construction in the area as this is a developing neighborhood. Nothing that impacted our stay.

Summary: Lovely decor & comfortable furnishings! The pool & hot tub are amazing! Brand new, super clean & wonderful to relax. The owners could not have been more communicative & were incredibly responsive both before & during our visit. They even had a welcome bottle of wine ready when we arrived! We also loved all of the cute & fun tableware, glasses & mermaid tchotchkes spread through the house! A delightful holiday & we plan to return!
