Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely beach. Delicious food. Quiet and tranquil days. Value for money. Its a small locally run (boutique) resort that has managed to remain in business despite much larger hotels moving in and taking over the customer base due to more advantageous economies of scale.
Negative: Next door to a party venue that plays music until 3 am on Friday/Saturday. Mosquitoes. They sprayed but the pesky insects still found their way in through gaps above doors and windows. Room was a bit dated but it was clean.

Positive: Location right in the beach and great staff.
Negative: Aggressive panhandlers that would make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable, as they would stand on the beach staring at you, trying to sell you marijuana and anything else they could think of. Resort security was present and did a great job but the laws allow these panhandlers to be on the beach within a certain area.

Positive: The location was good. Hotel and grounds well maintained. The suite was very nice, spacious, with modern furnishings. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. My issues were checked and addressed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends
Negative: The shower was blocked, mosquitoes in the room. I asked for the floors to be mopped and the rooms to be sprayed

Positive: Convenient and comfortable. The beach is beautiful just steps from your room 🇯🇲🥰🇯🇲
Negative: Everything was ok just the food gets cold fast, the fish with lots of bones makes it little impossible to eat and enjoy. Feel like food and taxi or drivers can be a little expensive so this all inclusive option was fine for us.

Positive: The food was exceptional, and the chef and waiters were very pleasant. They treat us well and ensure we were OK for the weekend.
Negative: The bathroom need a renovation, the toilet wasn't clean at all. I had to borrowed a broom to sweep out the closet. There is no standing mirror to look at ourselves when we got dressed. The internet wasn't working on the TV
