Positive: Great location, comfortable beds, reasonably equipped kitchen. Office reasonably supportive and responsive.
Negative: A fussy interior, style over substance and with a number of rough edges. Key problems were a lack of hot water (sorted in 24 hours), only one key, poor bedroom lighting in some rooms and, in some, very limited storage. 2 sofa bed in the living room did not make it especially comfortable. Bathroom layout very poor and no plug in bathtub. No rooms en suite and only 2 toilets for 5 rooms (and potentially 10+ guests) not impressive. Poor support during booking.

Positive: Spacious flat with plenty of bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Amazing spot to visit Paris for a short stay without needing to take the metro as so many attractions and shops are nearby. Quiet flat considering the location. Ideal solution for families. The high chair was great as well ! The ensuite bedroom is lovely. We met the flat cleaning lady at start and end of our stay and she is lovely and kind.
Negative: The flat has been nicely renovated but feels already heavily used: The floor is already damaged, we had a few issues which had not been reported by previous guests. Our request for second travel cot had been forgotten and then we got given a broken one. Maybe for the price I would prefer an in-person check in and check out so all details are picked up and solved at right time. As I had read the previous review we managed to avoid the rude caretaker/concierge until the end of the stay but got told off by her on our last morning . She seemed generally unhappy about our existence and our buggy :) I guess thats part of this flat experience and not to be taken too personally :)

Positive: It’s a fantastic apartment, amazing location! I would highly recommend to family and friends. But issues with security deposits and lady downstairs.
Negative: I would highlight a discrepancy in what they have advertised as described security deposits of €750 and then asked for a deposit of €2,000 … The lady downstairs (caretaker) was rude and shouted at us on several occasions. Lacks on wardrobe space

Positive: The location was amazing! So close to everything and on a quiet off shoot of the busier roads around. Excellent metro and bus links, great restaurants and cafes around. Loved it
Negative: The accommodation only has two toilets. For a group of 12 that’s not ideal and we had expected at least 3 from the number of bathrooms in the description.

Positive: The location was amazing and the apartment was large and clean. Recommend with a big group of people to keep the cost of the apartment down.
Negative: There was a lady who lives in the apartment block that was super aggressive and every time we would pop in and out of the building she was shout and get in our face! We were super respectful and came in quietly each time but she clearly hates different people staying in the building.
