Summary: A perfect house for our group of five to stay in while visiting the Phoenix area. The hot tub was amazing, and we had a lot of fun with the golf clubs and darts in the garage. The place was clean, had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen utensils. Check in was very easy.

Summary: Location was wonderful. Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated in February. The hot tub smelled like mold. The space of the house was nice, two separate bedrooms. Wish I had known there was no microwave. The property is nice just needs a little TLC to spruce it up. Also the trash was overflowing in the garbage cans in the driveway when we arrived. Dealing with the property management was easy and nice.

Summary: The property was exactly as we expected from the pictures. We were very happy with the location, outdoor area, and the place was so cozy! Would stay here again if we return to the area.

Summary: Booked this place for 5 nights but reluctantly only stayed 1. We first noticed a note on the fridge stating it was not working and to use fridge in garage. The other fridge was filthy and caked with who knows what inside and half of a gallon of milk left. Quick walk through of the house we found dirty dishes in the kitchen sink and both bathrooms dirty; toilets, sinks and mirrors were obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was still garbage in both bathroom bins and dirty towels hanging on the door. Found a small towel on the floor near the computer in the office... Master bed was not made, let alone clean! I called the property manager from Evolve, Chris, right away. I was informed the homeowner had been staying there and evidently he was to clean prior to our stay. Chris was very apologetic and promised to have a cleaning team out the very next morning. He told me where I could find some clean linens and in the meantime we were to change the bedding ourselves. We removed the sheets to find the mattress cover had huge stains. We flipped the mattress; it was even stained through the bottom. In the whole process, we found rat droppings under the bed. This was all after 11:30 pm, after a very long drive from WI and we're washing our own bedding and scrounging to make the bed so I felt ok sleeping on it. Found out this has been an ongoing problem and I was told Evolve would no longer manage this property. Hope the next guest has a new mattress and a rat free stay!

Summary: An absolutely lovely home! Weather was in the 30-40s at night, but the heated jacuzzi felt great! My kids and I alternated between the very chilly pool water and the jacuzzi, and it was exhilarating! Zach was super responsive and a delight to work with. Loved the home’s informational book and the stories about some of the artifacts and pictures in the home. We were here to connect with family and then for a soccer tournament. Location was central for the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying in this home.

Summary: Overall the stay was great, there were a few issues, but the property management was quickly responsive and even stopped by to help address the issues. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals , but this company , Evolve , went above and beyond
