Positive: Modern. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Good price. I like the spa. I liked the pool.

Negative: It is not close to down town and touristic areas but in a way, it is better to be away from all the traffic and also good for altitude adjustment

Positive: We loved our stay so much that we extended another two nights. The King Room was super modern, all lights, curtains and A/C are digital, plenty of room and storage, work space, great views from the room, most comfy beds and linens, fantastic shower with two different shower heads, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, awesome gym with new equipment and plenty of space, unlimited breakfast buffet with local items, cookies, fresh juices, bread, eggs etc and finally the staff is fantastic! They were so friendly, followed through on any request right away, and were super professional. We enjoyed this place very much!

Negative: There is only tiny details that could be improved like more hangers in the bathroom for towels and that the sauna is more a steam room than a hot sauna but didn’t bother us at all. In terms of location you need to be aware that you’re in the south part of the city, so getting to the city center is about 20-30 minutes by car/taxi or about 45-60 minutes with the cable cars.

Summary: This is a fantastic stay to recover and relax!
