Summary: Methow River Lodge and Cabins is a new top favorite of hotels I have been to. The room was very spacious and clean, you have a great view next to the river, and the price was not absurdly expensive. Methow River Lodge and cabins has my money whenever I go back to Winthrop.

Summary: A beautiful location—every room has a view of the lovely Methow River! We loved being able to walk downtown for shopping and food on a nice trail—we never had to drive anywhere!! We also loved the lodge-themed furniture—perfect for the setting. Our room was clean except for the floor which made our feet black so we washed it as best we could with a washcloth, told the front desk person about it but it was never washed. That and the mediocre breakfast are why we give 4 stars instead of 5.

Summary: My wife and I were there overnight. We checked out late and really did not see any staff members. However, I called ahead to see what I should do since we were arriving late, and that staff member gave us very nice and complete instructions on the phone. We thought the hotel room was over the top and we had a wonderful time although we were only there for about 11 hours.

Summary: Everything was good, cabin was very cute, location is great. Sofa-bed was very old and not comfortable, springs were protruding and hurting.

Summary: The cabin was roomy. Beds were comfortable location is great. The cabin wasn't very clean. There were crumbs on the dining room chairs. The floors weren't swept or mopped thoroughly . The cookie sheets, pots and pans etc were stained and old. The oven was very dirty. The hot tub wasn't clean when I arrived. It had a pop top in it and a yellow film all the way around the hot tub that was like foam. They did come out and drain it and refill it the next day after I complained. The staff was nice.

Summary: Everything was great!!! Glad we stayed there. We watched the tubers go down the lake from our balcony and explored the town. It was beautiful!!

Summary: Really loved these cabins / motel! Nice property, well maintained and very clean. Room were very spacious and loved the balcony the overlooked the river. We saw deer family in the morning! Only disappointment was the breakfast. I’m ok with basic (and this is basic) but it was not well stocked on most days. Families came in at start of breakfast and there was no food. Staff was short handed in managing both the breakfast and front desk. But coffee was great!

Summary: Cute cabin, cozy, and has everything we needed. Location is great and walkable to one of the best places to get pizza. Quaint little town and close to the lake for some fun. Hot tub could be hotter and slippers for the cabin would be a nice touch.
