Positive: Nice view, comforable bed with easy access and restaurant has nice food and a small bar with cooked breakfasts available with room service. The elevators have the buttons located so a wheelchair user has simple access, which is very rare, thank you, folks.
Negative: No smoking on balconey and the smoking area is uncovered so walk in the rain with the posability to slip over and get annoyed by the meth muppets.
Summary: A nice place to stay good value with good facilitys. And accessible with a wheelchair.

Positive: The room was spacious and had all the essentials. While we were only on the 4th floor, there was a lovely view. The balcony did only have one chair, but was nice to have access to. Loved having 2 beds in the room. And even had a bath, although small.
Negative: The bed wasn't very comfortable. Shame it was singles pushed together rather than 2 queen beds.
Summary: Spacious convenient budget accomodation with a balcony and view of the river and city.
