Positive: Location was great, short walk to eateries and morning market. Breakfast was good. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our van cannot be parked at the hotel's basement carpark, so the staffs helped bring all our luggages downstairs for loading.

Negative: As the hotel's reception is located on the 9th floor, there was no place to load/unload luggages downstairs if you didn't park at the basement carpark, and the front of the building is occupied by rows of motorcycles. It's worse when it rains as there is no shelter.
