Positive: Some great restaurants here so the food was excellent Small village but plenty of everything
Negative: Unfortunately upon arrival we found both beds to have black hair (long & short pube type hairs on the bed sheets on the first night of arrival. It was disgusting really but as reception closes at 8pm we couldn’t get sorted until next day so we slept on the sofa & floor the first night. The sheets were changed next day BUT nothing was offered as an apology even when mentioning again on our last day. I think the MGM hotel is a nicer stay than the residences as you get a daily clean and the service of a hotel 24/7. We stayed in Flaine last year and absolutely loved MGM so stayed at Valmorel this time. Maybe we expected the same so we’re disappointed but the issue with the hair in the beds just changed the experience really & the screaming kids in the jacuzzi !!

Positive: The apartment was lovely. It would’ve been nice to have an atmosphere and more going on in bar area as it was a beautiful space, or just music. There was just 1 night in a week where there was piano music.

Positive: Anitea is in a perfect position, right at the bottom of the new gondola and very easy access to the village. Great views from the balcony.
Negative: Would have loved a bit more kitchen space in our apartment for 10. Very well equipped and plenty of plates, glasses etc. - just not quite enough counter space!
Summary: Absolutely lovely apartment in an immaculate building, fantastic location and wonderful spa area.
