Positive: Incredible ski-in ski-out location. Fab staff at reception. Comfortable apartment - good size for 4 people with 2 bathrooms. Incredible view of the mountains from the apartment/balcony. Nice pool/sauna area. You can make a fresh bakery order each evening to collect at reception the following morning. Would definitely recommend
Negative: The jacuzzi should be a hotter temperature!

Positive: The pool opening hours 10am-8pm, this results in lots of opportunities to use the fantastic pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam in quiet times during the day. The views of Mont Blanc are stunning. The decor is beautiful and the apartment we stayed in was very well equipped and comfortable including heated towel rails in bathrooms. Fantastic wide balconies; some are dual aspect so more time to be in the sun. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly.
Negative: The exit inspection was quite intimidating for young family members. Understandably, the brand new apartment building needs to be kept pristine but the inspection was very thorough including a photograph being taken of a mark on the wall (which was already there on arrival-this was accepted by the inspector). Ensure you report any marks on furniture (e.g. all chairs pulled out from under the table and checked), unclean oven etc on your arrival so you don't have to experience this. Many comments regarding lack of hooks for coats/jackets- continues to be true; this has not been addressed yet.

Positive: Very modern, good location close to centre. Very nice Spa facilities, equipment locker big enough for skis, headgear, boot and ski gloves. Room well equipped with everything needed. Great mountain views.
Negative: Lack of places to hang things which we read before, so we took some over door hangers with us, which solved the problem

Positive: Ski set up was great - with boot room and Ski to door. Nice sized apartment with good quality bathrooms and furniture.
Negative: No hooks anywhere other than wardrobes to hang wet clothes. No mirrors or dressing tables in bedroom. Access to slopes from the boot room was a difficult slope to navigate and quite dangerous.

Positive: Right on a blue slope which takes you down to chair then it’s another simple chair to the whole area. The hotel and facilities are beautiful. Yeah it’s brand new and needs some small areas sorted but I suspect that will happen over summer months. Pool, spa area are lovely. It’s also only a three minute walk into La Plagne centre.
