Positive: Fabulous property located close enough but far enough away from the Strip, with fantastic friendly staff. Our grownup kids stayed here while we were on the 25th floor. The room was perfect for them, with one them using the sofa bed. The room had everything they needed for their stay. The use of the MGM pool was a fantastic benefit as well.
Negative: Nothing. It worked really well for us, a great base to explore Las Vegas.

Positive: Everything was super smooth and easy. From checking in to extending our stay to checking out. And the location was so perfect. Valet was very quick as well.

Positive: I really liked the studio room! It is such a fresh room, not tired. There is a mini-kitchen, a great jacuzzi, a beautiful view of the sphere. There is one large bed and a sofa bed. But in the description and in the reviews, it is not indicated anywhere that the sofa is folded out. There is bed linen and pillows, a blanket for the sofa. This is very convenient to know to understand whether it is possible to place a child there. A friend who rented a similar room told me about this, otherwise I would doubt whether to take it or not. But there are recommendations. If you rent a room for more than a day and several people, then shampoo and shower gel for one person for one day will not be enough for you. And if I take a bath and a jacuzzi, then I have nothing to wash it with so that the child can take a bath after me. There are no products for washing the bathtub and a sponge. I hope they do not wash it with a towel that we wipe our faces with. In general, it is very clean, does not stink of chemicals. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The blanket for the sofa-mattress is not dirty, but it feels like it is rarely washed. The surface of the furniture was dusty, that is, the cleaning worker does not clean the room well. Everything is in order, but there is also dust. There was no champagne in the room, only an empty bucket. But my friend had champagne in another room. But this is how it should be, it was not mentioned in the description here. In general, I recommend this room in tower number 3, free parking in tower number 2. The building itself is beautiful and clean. I recommend it to everyone 10/10. Do not wear shoes in the room, take slippers with you. It would be great if they provided disposable slippers, like in Turkey, and more shampoo. In general, we all liked this room, a good room, a super bath and jacuzzi!

Positive: A privately owned unit but managed by the MGM group. The owners were responsive throughout and were replying within a couple of minutes to my inquiries. They were always polite and happy to respond to questions which immediately instils confidence when booking the unit. The unit is surprisingly a very large for a studio unit, exceptionally clean and comes with a well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The bed and the pillows were super comfy. The owners also provide additional pillows and comforters located inside the wardrobe if you ever feel the need for them. The furnishings, the decor and artwork are tastefully thought out. The black-out curtains are a nice touch too. As the owner describes, it is pretty much on the strip so you're in the heart of what makes Las Vegas "Vegas"...It's pretty special. So many people get caught out with the sometimes hidden charge of the "resort fee" that Las Vegas hotels and casinos charge on top of their hotel rates so this unit was good value for money given the location. I highly recommend the owners and the unit for your stay in Las Vegas.
