Positive: As a new hotel, we could not exactly anticipate our experience, but our stay at MH hotel exceeded our expectations. The entire staff, led by the Front Office Manager Adnane Rabeh was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The facility is entirely new, impeccably clean, and the food and service were excellent either at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Special mention to the Chef Abdelhak and his team who treated us to an exquisite dinner experience based on local fresh fish and seafood, which was a memorable experience.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was that there were no similar hotels to MH in Nouakchott during my previous trips. This hotel is a definite gem.

Summary: Impeccable facility and completely enjoyable experience, the very best hotel in town.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean, with everything well maintained and organized. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was also beautiful and spotless, reflecting great attention to detail. However, what impressed me the most was the reception staff, especially Fatima. She was incredibly helpful, and when I felt unwell, she quickly assisted me and provided the medication I needed, which truly helped me recover. I sincerely appreciate her kindness and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service. Also regards for Habib!

Positive: What a wonderfully chic establishment which does such a great job of blending the traditions of Mauritania sufused with a modern aesthetic. If you coming to Nouakchott for just a day or even a whole month, you will be comfortable here. I enjoyed the hotel's standards of cleanliness, their wide restaurant and room service options, the delightful scent of Oud in the public spaces. And, if course, the staff were amazing! I would like to specifically call out the great service from the lady in the reception the morning I checked out. At short notice, she demonstrated great initiative in helping me make sure I was properly taken care of as well as co-ordinating to help me for an airport transfer. I also thank the bearded guy at the entrance of the security scanning machine at the hotel entrance. Great attitude very helpful. I apologise I forgot tgeir names. Please forgive me! 🙏🏾🤦🏾‍♂️ Will be happy to stay here when I return to Nouakchott!
