Positive: The views, the staff is really nice. Kudos for Camacho and Geo!
Negative: The areas to rest were very limited for an all inclusive price. We were denied access to some of the areas even though we paid for an all inclusive package. It was not balanced. They should have offered other areas for the all inclusive guests.

Negative: Smell of bird shit all over the first villas and noise of birds and the facility tour to become a member, are closed on saturdays meaning the resort has to adjust to our times not us travelors adjust to theirs !

Positive: I love how it was right in the beach! The restaurants were also on location.
Negative: There was bird poop all around our villa! There were so many birds and the smell was ungodly! We didn’t have any hot water.

Positive: The location was perfect, couldn’t imagine a better location!
Negative: The staff felt very pushy with always trying to help and expecting tips. We also felt very pressured to attend their membership breakfast which we did not want to do. There there was a lot of work being done while we were there so there was some mess throughout the hallways
