Summary: I really appreciated the quiet room, the very comfortable bed, and how thoroughly the room was cleaned by Zeynep Gola. Also, thanks to the reception staff and the team for the good service when having coffee. Summary: The hotel is a beautiful soave in a super central location. The staff is helpful and the breakfast spread was delicious. The pool was unavailable which was disappointing but other than that, this is a great stay.

Summary: I had a terrible experience at Great Fortune hotel and spa when the staff were violent, calling unsavoury characters to the hote and I was forced to move to another hotel. I came here and within 5 minutes I was checked in and given a cup of tea..really really friendly and excellent services..I will use this hotel this hotel has renewed my faith that good people exist again..Thankyou

Summary: Hotel quality was pretty bad, everything is old, even towels and bad sheets looked like they haven’t been changed in years. Description said they would provide free transportation to the airport, but of course they did not. Room had a bad smell because of the poor sewerage. Hotel breakfast didn’t have any drinks but tea, coffee or water, no juices or anything else. The food quality was average. Location was central, but that’s about only good thing.
