Positive: The staff were very nice & friendly particularly Michelle's mum. We arrived quite late after a long drive and due to the severe weather the internet was down & we were unable to order in food. We resigned ourselves to the fact we would have to make do with the snacks we had, but Michelle's mum knocked on our door and said she would take us in her car to get something which she did. She went above & beyond what was expected. They also arranged & paid for our taxi to the airport in the morning.
Negative: It was possibly due to the weather and severe rain but we felt it was a bit cut off from places to go. The bathroom was not particularly clean, there were empty shampoo sachets in the soap tray but we were just needing it as a stopover.
