Summary: hotel looked newly renovated, but the carpet smells molded and the bathroom has molded smelling as well. perhaps it is better for the hotel to replace the carpet with laminate floor and improve the ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast were very very basic and mediocre, just to have something to fill your stomach, that's all.

Summary: The facility seems newly renovated but if you don’t get to stay on top floor, expected to hear noises from above. Check in experience was unique to me. This older lady told me I spelled my name wrong, but I said “I go by xxx”, she thought that Igobyxx was my name. Didn’t show any smile for the entire interaction. Cleaning lady on our floor was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was most disappointing. No sausages, bacon. It was a real cluster chaos. Everyone was waiting on waffle machines as it was the only thing can fill you. I described this breakfast was like I was an animal in a zoo.

Summary: We had a terrible night’s sleep because regardless of having the Air conditioner turned to 18 degrees, which is the lowest temperature allowed. The room remained hot & uncomfortable throughout the night. The pillows are not comfortable & the air quality is not good. It felt like you needed to grasp for air & we all woke up with bad headaches & very stuffy noses.

Summary: Excellent hotel with super helpful staff, ideal for a family vacation at Mt Tremblant. Best part was complimentary EV charger! The only issue is that the gps address takes you to the back door which was blocked. Other than that, everything else is at percection!

Summary: Towel rack fell off the wall. No room service so nobody noticed it. No meat for breakfast

Summary: Room was clean but pet hair and human hair was on bed and on carpets. Even in bathroom floor. Blood stain on both duvets on both beds. Breakfast could have been better with an omelet instead of boiled egg everyday. Overall okay.
