Positive: The coffee in the lobby was decent. The staff was quite friendly. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel supplied a mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Negative: The coffee supplied to the rooms tasted awful. The room was much smaller than they appeared in the photos with little more than walking room around the bed. The water in the shower took a long time to heat up. The continental breakfast options were very limited compared to most places I've stayed.
Summary: Decent, but not quite what I expected.

Positive: We enjoyed the clean room and breakfast that was provided. The area to eat this breakfast was kept clean. Parking was adequate, and we felt safe. The lady they had on staff at the front desk for mornings was phenomenal. Great customer service skills, friendly and very helpful. Even wished us a great day! Made us feel welcomed to their little town in Ohio. Totally set the tone for the day. :)
Negative: When we arrived, we were not welcomed by the man working at the front desk. He seemed annoyed that he had to be there. No customer service skills or friendliness at all. I was thinking he may have had a bad day, but the second night was the same thing. Although breakfast was provided, there were limited options and not enough restock for the smaller things like muffins, pastries, etc. The bread was dried out for toast, and there were two options that weren't sugar-free for jam. Honestly, I really shouldn't complain. We were able to have something to get us started for the day.
