Summary: The room was clean, bed comfortable, no iron or ironing board. The room and bathroom did not have a lot of space to lay your things. However, if you looking for a hotel that’s reasonably priced and clean. I recommend the Microtel.

Summary: We had been delayed at DFW airport for more than 5 hrs I had already reserved the room but we did make to the Charlotte nc airport at 530 am instead of 1 am, we checked in at the hotel just before 6am, we were greeted at the hotel very warmly and were told coffee wod be ready in 15 min and breakfast too and he would leave a note for the day shift that he offered us a later check out. Thier support was way better than the plane company .

Summary: Checked in and the staff was very patient with the long line they had. Checked in quickly. No iron in the room but one was delivered but the front desk. Room was average. Breakfast was lacking I’d suggest you be ready to go to Waffle House next door or picking something up.
