Summary: Roaches at the breakfast area. No shampoo, dated, dirty tub, long black hair in the bed.

Summary: The bathroom has hair all over from not being cleaned properly. I also do not feel that toast, bagels, fresh fruit, and cereal should be considered a continental breakfast.

Summary: Our stay was comfortable and generally quiet. The room is adequate if you are just looking for a place to take a shower and lay your head. The television was out on Saturday night allegedly because of the weather.

Summary: It was ok. The room was clean which is most important to us. The room was much smaller than I expected. Breakfast could have more options.

Summary: Found bugs galore in first room in fridge and floor. Hotel staff was quick to switch my room once I brought the concern to their attention. However, the bugs shouldn't have obviously been there in the first place so their cleaning staff definitely could use some coaching.

Summary: Room was good. The bed not so good. It felt like I was sleeping in a crater. Bad Mattress. The bathroom had a leak somewhere. There was water on the floor. If it wasn’t so late we would have changed rooms. We threw a towel on the floor since it was just an overnight stay. People were friendly.

Summary: The room appeared clean, but several dead bugs and a live one proved otherwise. The room was advertised as having “blackout drapes,” but they’re useless if the don’t reach the top or bottom of the window area and lighting for the outside of the building is right outside the window! The walls are so thin I couldn’t not hear talking, TV, and babies in the next room, and highway traffic from outside. The “included breakfast” consisted of coffee and a few bagels on display.
