Summary: I stayed in handicapped accessible room. That room need more lights, roll in showers instead of bathtub, doorbell light is not working. The room should be on first Floor in case fire, easy for them to wheel chair out not on the 4th floor. How the person in wheelchair get down if can’t use elevator

Summary: Picked this hotel for the price and location. All was as expected and would stay there again. Breakfast was good There were a couple things that could be corrected to make our stay even better, see photos.

Summary: I received a text message to complete a pre-arrival process electronically to save time when I arrived so I completed it. I arrive to a very tense situation at the front desk, where they gave the wrong room to the wrong people and had to call them and ask them to vacate. I told the front desk that I did the pre-arrival check in so I just needed to pick up my keys as instructed. She informed me that they do not receive any of the information that we submit and couldn’t tell me why I was doing a pre-arrival check in if they don’t get the information. So I had to do all of the information again at the front desk. There was no water in the lobby. And the front desk people knocked on every single room to find out which ones were vacant and clean. I feel like they should’ve known that. The breakfast was barely edible.
