Summary: Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and personable and quick with any help or questions. My only complaint (not the hotel or staff fault) we had guests next door to us blasting loud music from late PM to early AM, yelling constantly, slamming doors every 2 minutes, pounding on the walls. Made it nearly impossible to sleep and when we called the front desk to let them know I don’t think they did anything but if they did, it didn’t stop the extremely loud guests from continuing their rampage all night and the next night. So be aware walls are paper thin here!

Summary: Pool was conveniently clised, but looked 100% fine. Also, "continental " breakfast was a complete joke...getting coffee was an act of Congress. Dont advertise and not have what you say you do have. Rooms were clean and stocked

Summary: The only issue we had was that we made a reservation (several weeks in advance) for a room with 2 queens for 4 people and this was confirmed. We arrived around 11p…tired…ready to go to bed and were told our room was given to someone else…we could have a room with a king size bed and a small(ish) pull out couch. This was the only choice we had…so we took it…but for those on the couch bed it was not a good night of sleep. Not really sure what a reservation means if the room you reserved was able to be given to another guest who happened to arrive earlier?

Summary: It was a bit of a rough stay for a single night here. The rooms are not very soundproof, and I could hear people on both sides of my room well into 2am very clearly. When checking in around 11pm, there was no warm water in the shower; at 8am, there was still no warm water in the shower. The air conditioning/heater unit was also set to cold although it was never above 35 degrees all day. The facility itself was decent (beds, parking, quick access to I-71), but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable stay with the extras outlined above.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience. Clean and well maintained. Our only hang ups were housekeeping was a little loud and the towels were very thin and rough.
