Summary: It was not great. I've stayed at this hotel in the past. It's close to Alfred and convenient for a visit. It was under construction and very dusty. All understandable, yet next to the breakfast area where food is prepared? yuck. My room was clean but smelled musty. There are not many choices in the area.

Summary: The only complaint was that the pillows were the thickest and hardest pillows I have ever seen. I have a bad neck and ended up using a towel as a pillow.

Summary: Paid for a room w king bed but got a queen. Took forever to get hot water for shower and then very low pressure. Very disappointing

Summary: The staff was amazing, but no internet for my stay and the fact there was renovation going on was not disclosed before booking on Hotels.com.

Summary: Under remodeling but our rooms were new including a jacuzzi. Nice touch. Guy in the room next door was noisy and then hanging around the breakfast bar in the morning. We went out for breakfast because of him.

Summary: Great little place to stay. Lots of construction outside due to remodeling but still best hotel in the area. Staff is all great and friendly. Very clean

Summary: The property over all was ok. But I had a leaking toilet all week and no hot water the first day. I had to ask for clean towels and to have my trash taken out of the room.

Summary: We had a function we had to be at at 2pm, i called during the week she said i could check in after 1pm for our rooms, i did not even need to go to the room just check in. The man at the desk told me he wasn't doing that and i needed to come back at 3. (We arrived around 2:30) We book there every single year and they have always allowed us to check in early, and i called in advance to verify as well we could check in.
