Summary: Overall a nice stay. The home was clean and the decor was nice. Very near a fire station, so if you’re a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Also, the temps dropped and we had trouble with the thermostat and getting the system to stop putting out cold air. The host did supply some little heaters in the bedrooms but they tripped the breaker repeatedly.

Summary: This facility home was perfect for our family of 6. We split up evenly and had our own privacies with the comfort of knowing everyone is close. We were able to check in one hour early which was conveniently great of the host to allow that. Checking in and out was a breeze. The host was super respondent as needed.

Summary: This rental was exactly what we needed for our visit to the Dallas area. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and even made sure we had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the back yard! The house is located close to main roads making the drive into Dallas no problem. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area.
