GARBAGE & RECYCLING
*These rules are in place to deter bears, and are super important*

- If possible, please keep all garbage inside the house in the bins provided. The cleaner will take care of it when you check-out.

If you are a long stay:
- There are separate bins out back for garbage (black), recycling (blue) and compost (green). Please ensure the clips are always secured on the big bins so that bears cannot open them.
- Garbage, compost and recycling needs to be taken out (the big bins) early on a Tuesday morning for collection. Please check the calendar: https://squamish.ca/our-services/garbage-and-waste-diversion/curbside-collection/collection-schedule/
- Please ensure you have sorted your garbage and recycling appropriately into the correct bins.
- If you are staying in the house on a Tuesday, please take the large bins out to the street. This must be done in the morning (not the night before), and you need to UNCLIP them when you take them out. Please bring them back into the garden afterwards and ensure they are clipped up and secured.

**Any fees involved for junk removal/garbage clean up/collection for failure to comply with the garbage rules, will be passed onto the guest.
