Summary: The property was nice, the upgrades made by the owner to the unit made it a great place to stay, loved the kitchen. We did have to sweep the unit and empty the cabinets of molded bread we found in the kitchen and the main bathroom toilet had pee stains that showed the unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Also the house had a kind of old slightly musty smell when we arrived but the AC unit had been off for some days prior to our arrival so that explained why that happened. The tub in the main bathroom was also backed up so that was an inconvenience but what was amazing was the fast response from the property manager any time I reached out with an issue. He promised a refund of the cleaning fee since the unit wasn’t as clean as it could have been when we arrived and when we told him the promised amenities like paper towels wasn’t there, he had them delivered to the house for us which I really appreciated the great customer service! Haven’t yet received the promised refund but giving that time to arrive but everything else was great with his responsiveness! The area is not in the best parts of Atlanta unfortunately but the house was really nice and we never felt our safety was compromised. With a few tweaks to making sure the unit is better prepared for the customers arrival, I would definitely recommend others to stay here as long as they are aware of the area they are staying and also that the house is backed by a major highway so there will be noise.

Summary: This is a beautiful home, it's very conveniently located, & the host is amazing. There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby freeway, but it didn't bother us too much. During the first night of our stay, all of the smoke detectors started going off every few seconds around 4 in the morning, eaking & startling everyone in the house. This was no one's fault, but I am mentioning it because I was very impressed with Travis' response. He rushed over to help in the wee hours of the morning & had a very positive attitude, despite the fact that we probably interrupted his sleep. The next time we visit, I'd love to stay at this property again.

Summary: The host was kind, responsive and very professional. Beautiful home with plenty of space and lots of stores etc nearby. The host provides a lot of resources for your stay. I highly recommend for families especially those taking in the downtown. sites.

Summary: Basically we used it for sleeping quarters for 5 days. Don’t judge it by it’s surroundings. The house was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the place overall!! Thank You

Summary: The house was beautiful and just as pictured! The kitchen was perfectly stocked for our weekend of cooking for a family of 9. A few minor things such as small stains on the sheets, damp towels upon arrival, very little toliet paper and paper towels, and no internet connection in one bedroom. The neighborhood was not the prettiest to the eye, there was no driveway and poop on the sidewalk, and an abandoned mattress in the street. We had no problems with neighbors or people walking the street and felt safe in the house with the alarm. The house is right by the interstate so it was pretty loud if that is something that will bother you. The stairs are very steep, my 4 year old took a few tumbles so be aware for elderly and children but overall we enjoyed our trip and the house was very nice and comfy!

Summary: The house was beautiful and you could tell the owners put a lot into restoring it. The area is up and coming. We were able to get around town quickly and there was a grocery store just down the street. The house is at a dead end street so there is not a lot of traffic on the road so we felt okay with the kids playing outside. The interstate being so close though, there is constant loud, traffic noise. I think we were probably one of the first if not the first visitors, so the little things like adequate towels, wash cloths, silverware will be updated I'm sure.

Summary: Everything about this property is amazing. The host provides you with basic essentials you need during your stay. It’s definitely a luxury and something they don’t have to do so thank you for that. The cleanliness of the property was definitely 10 out of 10. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property which is amazing. The area is really not that bad. If you have a problem with staying around black people than a look in the mirror is definitely needed for you. The only downside about the property is it being so close to the highway. It’s definitely not a deciding factor when choosing this property. After night one the sound of the cars helped my wife sleep better than she does some nights at home. The home is very spacious and every one of us had our own space to really stretch out. Definitely a quality home and recommend everyone to checkout this property. The host does a lot to make sure you feel at home and very comfortable.
