This one-bedroom condo is centrally located in Mid-City Huntsville. You'll be conveniently close to the best dining, shopping centers like Bridgestreet Towncenter, entertainment like Dave and Busters, Top Golf, and the brand new Orion Amphitheater, work duty stations like Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, and the Huntsville Medical District, and sports like the Trash Pandas minor league baseball team!

***Late check-out is by request only at an add'l $40 fee and you are limited to one (1) hour.

Things to know about your reservation:
Check-in is any time starting at 4pm, check-out is no later than 10am. Your door code will only be active during the time of your reservation. You will receive a check-in reminder 24 hours before check-in, and you'll receive check-in instructions at 1pm on check-in day. You will receive check-out instructions the night before your departure.

The Bedroom:
The condo can comfortably sleep 2 adults, and potentially a small child - there is a King bed in the bedroom.

The Bathroom:
The SHOWER ONLY bathroom is fully renovated with new fixtures and a new vanity. The toilet has a soft flush that requires you to hold the handle down for a few seconds to complete a flush. Guests are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 body bath towels, one hand towel, and a blow dryer.

The Kitchen:
All standard appliances are included: refrigerator, range oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and garbage disposal. A full set of china, silverware, and cookware are available. Liquid dish soap, cascade gel, one roll of paper towel, one dish rag, one dish towel, and trash bags are provided. You can dine at the counter height bar and stools.

The Living Room:
Features a 75in Smart TV, sofa, loveseat, coffee table and end tables. You can enjoy summer nights lounging on the sliding door patio.

The Pool:
The pool is managed by the HOA and usually opens for "swim at your own risk" on Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day Weekend. It may sometimes be closed for maintenance (this is not something I can control). If you desire to swim during your stay, please bring your own beach towels, and PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES SET BY THE HOA.

Extras:
There is a standard in-unit washer and dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener are not provided. Please remember to empty the lint tray after each dry cycle.
Highspeed Wi-Fi with Xfinity is available.
There is a dumpster in the parking lot, please dispose of full trash bags there.

Things to know about the area:
You will need a vehicle to go everywhere, nothing is in walking distance. However, all dining and shopping is less than a 3-minute drive away!

Summary: The location was a little further from downtown Huntsville. In town for a work trip. It was the first floor and I didn’t realize that so there was a faint smell of smoke coming from outside. Kendall was very attentive and responsive. Great size place.

Summary: I had a great stay at this property. It was neat, clean and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was seamless which made it really easy to check-in and ask questions as needed. The location was great, roughly 10 min from the Von Braun Center where my conference was being held. Never had any issues with heavy traffic. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Summary: We decided to book this property while in town for AAMU’s homecoming. We were looking for a property that was in close proximity to the university…this property did not disappoint! The university, Walmart, Sam’s and some restaurants were only a 5-10 minute drive in either direction. This property was clean, comfortable and we never had any issues with parking. The neighborhood was also quiet. Kendal responded to our questions in a timely manner. He also allowed a later check out due to our departing flight. We’d definitely stay here again!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. It is in the middle of town where you can get to almost anything within minutes. Yet quiet enough that you feel like you are in a small town. The bed is ultra comfy and the amenities are nice. Kendall was super nice and we will book there for our future trips!
