Have fun with the whole family at this unique, stylish retreat just west of St. Louis city! A truly bright and airy space with special touches including trapeze rings, an indoor playhouse, indoor swing, piano, record player, Frame TV, Nest thermostat, full kitchen with Café appliances, and a cozy lit patio with a Solo Stove leading to a fully fenced backyard.
Only about 20-30 min away from the heart of St. Louis and it’s main attractions, or there is plenty to do nearby in this lovely suburb!
This Midcentury gem is a newly renovated 2,700 square foot ranch home built in 1963 with an open floor plan and tons of natural light, and wing for the bedrooms and bathrooms/laundry room. The main suite has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate vanity area outside of the bathroom, two spacious closets, and sliding glass doors to access the backyard patio. This patio can also be accessed with a sliding glass door and regular door off the living room/kitchen.
Lots of coffee table books, records to play, acrylic Jenga and cards, jumbo connect-four game, rocking elephant, closet full of board games, and baskets of wooden cars and animals in the playhouse for the kids.
Smart tvs in the living room and main suite allowing you to login to your own personal accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Spotify, Disney +, etc.
New washer and dryer with detergent pods and wool dryer balls.

Summary: Beautiful house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. All the things we needed for a stay with our family. Lots of kid-friendly activities available in the house. Plenty of space for everyone to relax!

Summary: The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. It wasn’t just a pretty house it was also super comfortable. The living spaces had lots of spaces to lounge and floor space for the toddlers to play! We were in town for a 1st birthday party and it was a great location close to the family we were there to see. Kristi checked stayed in contact and help us if any issues came about. None did. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We loved staying here. The interior design has a funky, retro-modern quality, which manages to be both stylish and entirely comfortable. The hosts were attentive and very quick to answer questions. I stayed with other adult family members, but it would be a great place for kids as well, with fun touches like an indoor swing and ring set. The location is central with Manchester Rd. to the south and Clayton Rd. to the north (two major routes).
