Summary: The property owner was very responsive and communicated clearly about the property. We had a couple hiccups on our end that needed to be addressed by the owner but they were very patient with us and respectful. Would stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We rented this sweet little house while visiting family in WV. The home was super clean (the blankets smelled so good) and there was plenty of off street parking for 3 cars. We had everything we needed. The house even had a Christmas tree which is really nice for a Griswold traveling during the holidays. Brandi had excellent communication and made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and during our stay. 5 stars all the way. Also, there’s a park next door if you are traveling with kids.

Summary: This rental is an adorable, cozy little house. This was our 2nd time staying there. It is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and the house is easy to find. The owners maintained great communication and left nice little extras like snacks, water bottles, a couple coffee pods, and a Christmas tree! The house is clean and nicely decorated and just the right size for 3 adults. We will be staying again.

Summary: My family and I traveled to WV to celebrate Christmas with my 97 year old father-in-law! The house was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and very safe! The owners even had a Christmas tree for us; all decorated. Plenty of linens/towels/blankets. We will definitely be back when we come and visit Pop! Thank you again!

Summary: Thank you Rick/Brandi for the snacks and water that was waiting for us upon our arrival. Our hosts were great! They emailed us to make sure we were settled and due to severe weather conditions, they checked to make sure we were okay and we hadn’t encountered any problems with the house. When I had questions about the local area they promptly responded. The pictures you view on the site is the house you get. Sparkling clean and homey! Check in and check out we’re a breeze. Beds were comfy! Loved the location! Neighborhood was quiet.

Summary: We loved staying in this cute little house! The street was peaceful & quiet at night. During the day we could hear the kids playing @ the city pool & actually delighted in that. I enjoyed a walk to a yard sale & everyone takes care of their lawns & homes. Communication was excellent & fast with our host Brandi. She was accommodating & easy to talk to. There is a lovely front porch with a swing & rocking chairs & a back porch where we watched chipmunks play in the yard. Shopping was plentiful & within five minutes to drive. The home is clean & comfortable with nice furnishings & plenty of blankets. We had everything we needed & thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the house after visiting family & friends for ten days straight. We rested well in the house. We will stay again next time we come. Thanks very much to Brandi & her husband for everything! Good job!
