Positive: The flat was clean and comfortable and the check-in process was easy with good communication from the owner.
Negative: The flat was pleasant, but one drawback is the lack of internet. Moreover, I couldn't find an iron to use for clothes. The towels were in poor condition and should be replaced.

Positive: Very nice updated and modern. Everything you need is provided. Convenient location to everything in Georgetown. Management was very responsive to our concerns and needs. The price was exceptional. The privacy was perfect but we can't justify the cleaning fee as it was not clean.
Negative: Upon first glance to the naked eye this place looked clean until you look beyond first glance. A $150 cleaning fee is a rip-off as well. We had to clean everything we knew that we would be touching and using which is pretty much everything. Nothing is wiped down and the dirt and grease and hairs etc etc from previous renters were clearly evident. We were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and we aren't clean freaks. It was just plain and simple dirty. Food residue on the kitchen counters. Dirty dishes.Stovetop grease was thick. We had to scrub it and we did it twice during our stay. The oven is a self cleaning oven that is obviously never used. The couch and couch pillows are worn down and dirty. We suggest a couch cover that can be washed in between reservations. This place has great potential and is comfortable but cleanliness is next to godliness and this place was neither. We are going to try this again next spring on hopes that it's better. Whoever rents after us will have a much better experience in the clean department because we left it cleaner than what we had upon arrival. Thanks.
