Positive: clean comfortable and spacious, had everything you could need. Good clear instructions from owner re check in, using heating etc and were offered an earlier check in than the 3pm without us needing to ask . Close to amenities, club house etc, and also supermarket and eating places. They were only a couple of minutes walk as was a lovely little country park, literally just across the road. Few minutes into Clacton itself b8car, and bus stops directly outside entrance to site.
Negative: only negative was position on the site. we had a very warm week and used the verandah a lot. All traffic goes past, very close to the verandah. Didn't bother us when inside, and wouldn't stop us booking again as every thing else was so nice

Positive: Host was super attentive, gave clear directions and was very easy to check in. Highchair and travel cot were also provided which meant travelling was a bit easier! Location was great, lots to do on site if you want to get the entertainment passes or can get to the beach within a few minutes drive. Lodge was clean and comfortable and could happily have stayed longer!

Positive: What’s not to like! It was truly amazing! One of the best caravans on site if not the best! Me and my family normally holiday 4 to 5 times a year in caravans all over the country and this was by far the best and such a reasonable price. From the standard sized beds, the air con, the big tv with tonnes of DVDs for all types of people, the huge kitchen with washer/dryer, dish washer, both full sizes fridge and freezers, loads of storage, all the kitchen utilities you need to make your stay easy. The huge living and dining room area which is decorated lovely and modern throughout. The full sized bath and bathroom with lovely fresh towels. The lovey full sized bedroom with walk in wardrobes with more storage than my own home and full sized beds that were not only clean and fresh but extremely comfortable in both rooms. The lovey veranda with table and chairs that wrapped around most of the caravan which was lovely to sit out in the morning and read a paper with a lovey cup of tea. There is so much to say with how happy we as a family are with are stay that we genuinely did not want to go home. The caravan is situated on the corner of the main area so it’s not far away from all the entertainment but far enough that in the night it’s peaceful! The owner Mick was so accommodating and lovely to deal with and made our stay feel personal throughout and was in contact with anything we needed or any issues we faced (which there was none of). I myself very rarely leave reviews but I honestly was so happy with our stay that I only felt it right that I left this review as a token of our appreciation for such a lovely holiday. Everything about the caravan, the owner, the park itself was amazing. We will be back and cannot wait to stay again!! Mick, thanks again for making our holiday so amazing and being such a nice fella! Can’t wait to stay again!
