Positive: I liked the location and the property manager that I had to communicate with because of issues. Sizing and the layout of the apartment is also good. Soundproofing and AC is good too.

Negative: Management, communicating through the support team, promised to provide a Pack 'n Play for our 4-month-old daughter so she would have a place to sleep. In the end, it wasn't delivered until the following day—and only after I made several phone calls—and even then, it wasn't the complete unit; the bassinet insert was missing. Consequently, we had to share our bed with the baby. The apartment was dirty; immediately after checking in, we had to request that the floors be washed again because our socks turned black just from walking around. There were old, set-in stains everywhere—on both the bed and the sofa. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The building's elevator broke down on Sunday, leaving us unable to leave the apartment with our stroller; it broke down again the very next day. When I requested a late checkout, the company managing the building claimed it was impossible because we were required to vacate by 10:00 AM—citing the need to perform cleaning and quality checks before the next guests potentially checked in at 4:00 PM (🤡). Ultimately, however, we were able to reach an arrangement on the spot. There is a washing machine, but no separate dryer. If you run a full wash-and-dry cycle, it takes three continuous hours. The neighboring building offers affordable housing and attracts a rather "colorful" crowd of neighbors who are constantly hanging out outside; however, they didn't cause us any problems.
