Positive: We liked the view, the location and the staff. The brightness of the whole place. The hammocks and seating area. The wifi was great too

Negative: We didn’t like the lack of stair safety (railing) the view being obscured by construction bars. And the kitchen needed updating. It seems like a work in progress.

Summary: Nice, bright apartment with great location. Perfect for a single nomad.

Positive: These apartments are clean but basic. Located a little bit outside the main area and a little bit difficult to find. The lack of air-conditioning was an issue as the room was incredibly warm and the building appears to be unfinished.

Negative: The lack of air-conditioning was an issue as the bedroom was incredibly warm. The did provide a stand alone fan but it didn't do much to alleviate the heat. We had no hot water during our stay either although given the heat this wasn't necessarily a huge issue.

Summary: Basic but comfortable apartment. Good value for money.

Positive: The apartment is clean and has a tv with Netflix. The kitchen has good utensils for cooking and a coffee machine.

Negative: There is only a fan in this room though and the room gets very warm. There’s a nice view from the rooftop but it is about a 7 minute walk from the main area in San Pedro.

Positive: Excellent host. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the roof. Bed was better than most in Guatemala. The 2 best restaurants in town ate very close (Smoking Joe's and Tacoyaki). Room is modern and clean. Free laundry service.

Negative: The area is noisy. The view of nearby buildings is not that great.

Positive: The owner was very friendly and helpful. But left you alone to get on. It was very clean and great views.

Negative: It is very noisy! Very!!! I didn’t have hot water only barely luke warm. I didn’t say anything as it wasn’t a real problem for me.

Summary: I think it is over priced for what you got, but I did enjoyed staying there.
