Positive: Loved the layout and the extra touches like the doggy bits and the cookies. 🩷. Rooms were really good size and beautifully decorated. Loads of storage and plenty of space for 7 of us!
Negative: Nothing I didn’t like but just a note about the stairs, they seem a little steeper than ordinary stairs and my elderly mum did struggle a bit!

Positive: Really comfy beds. Good location for what we needed. Facilities were good
Negative: Bath jets didn’t work (or at least we couldn’t figure them out), house was scruffy/dirty. Towels had stains, fridge dirty, cupboards dirty and sticky inside, sofas had some pretty gruesome stains on, outside quite unkempt.

Positive: Great property very close to relatives we were visiting. We stayed with our adult children. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, all nice quality. Fabulous sofas and really comfortable beds. Great bathrooms and good showers over baths. Lovely snacks, coffee, tea, juice and wine left for us. We loved the electric fire in the living room which made it really cosy. Easy access to Millhouses Park - we had a lovely walk there.
Negative: Small things not enough to change our rating. No terrestrial TV, only streamed services but we weren’t there to watch TV. We found the key lock really stiff & difficult to open. Glad it wasn’t raining otherwise we’d have got soaked. The kitchen is very well equipped but the large oven door doesn’t shut properly. Air fresheners in the loos were a overwhelming and really aggravated my chest. Another lamp in both the living room and dining room would be good. The recessed ceiling lights were too bright and couldn’t be dimmed. We brought the bedside lamps down from upstairs which made a huge difference.
Summary: A really lovely place to stay.

Positive: Great size property, ample bedrooms, off road parking and easy access to all the local visitor attractions. The owners were very attentive and easy to contact.
Negative: Broadband was rubbish, we were unable to watch normal TV and had to log into our own streaming accounts, most of which buffered. Garden was unkempt (no gardening had been done) and was not secure so unable to put the dog outside on their own. The property needs a little TLC as some cupboard doors were loose and the front exterior was spoiled by the lead work (which had slipped) and a there were a couple of broken tiles. It is a lovely property but it just needs a little attention to bring it up to excellent standard.
