Positive: The room was clean and spacious enough to open a suitcase, with comfortable beds. The staff were very kind. Since the first room I checked into smelled of cigarette smoke, the reception staff kindly changed my room.
Negative: Since I couldn’t find any check-in information in the email, it took some time to complete the process. I learned how to check in at the hotel door (it is necessary to go to the reception in the next building). I also saw an elderly couple struggling with check-in (and even opening the door to the reception), so I helped them. However, this is a minor thing. I am satisfied with the service.

Negative: The room was very small, and the bathroom was so tiny. The door was not even a real door. Everything was wet in the bathroom after I showered and there was nothing to sweep away the water or dry the floor. There were only one towel for showering and one for drying the hands after washing them, so the floor the entire time I was there. Not very comfortable with wet socks !
