Direct River and Beach access from our deck. Winter Sports paradise! Only 15 miles from Government Camp,OR. Downhill skiing is only 15 miles away Cross country is only 23 miles. Snowshoeing is five miles. Year-round skiing at nearby Timberline Lodge, summer training for the US Olympic Team. Snowmobiling and Kid friendly ( the gate to the river can be locked) with one bedroom on the main floor, it's perfect to bring grandma and grandpa along.
During the summer time enjoy hiking, jogging, walking and bike riding right out the front door. Sandy Ridge Trailhead
1 mile for mountain biking( all skill levels),Twenty seven holes of Golf are only six miles away at the award winning Inn at The Mountain. Rafting, kayaking, fishing, you name it!.
Come enjoy a stunning view, gather friends and family. Sleeps as many as 14! Perfect for large gatherings with a fully stocked kitchen, large living and dining space! Bedrooms: Master suite with seating area and Cable TV , 3 Bedrooms with queen size beds, Bunk room for Children sleeps 5~6 with Cable TV .Dining room has a large log style table and seats 12. Summary: Our stay was nice and peaceful. We had trouble with the hot tub( since it wasn’t full and had trouble heating with water). The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The gas barbecue didn’t have gas, so had to replace that too. Would recommend changing the nonstick pans provided.in the kitchen.

Summary: Our second visit to Sandy River Lodge was just as wonderful as first stay. We had our whole family of 5 sons with families staying there and in neighborhood. We gathered together every evening for dinner. It was so special having the family all together and cooking in the well appointed kitchen was a breeze. With card tables we could fit everyone. Gathering on the deck was fun with hot tub a treat for all. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Jane

Summary: This was our first time staying at this home and we are definitely interested in coming back! The beautiful back deck overlooking the river is reason enough! The staired pathway down to the river front made for a perfect happy hour spot too!The room and bed situation worked perfectly for a large group where everyone could sleep comfortably.The large dining table worked excellent for our group of eleven moms to be able to play games and enjoy meals together.The house was equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend away.The owners were amazing at responding quickly to any questions we might have and sharing ideas of activities for us to do to enjoy our weekend.
