Recently renovated custom home overlooking Gravel Lake in Lawton, MI. The house is located approximately 2 hours from Chicago and 2.5 hours from Detroit. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms all of which have been rehabbed in the last 6 months. Guests will enjoy their time swimming in the crystal clear waters of Gravel Lake, lounging on the 800 sq ft patio, or hanging out in the giant backyard that butts up to the 100 feet of private shoreline. If boating is your thing, please feel free to bring your boat and tie up to our dock (public boat launch is nearby) and enjoy all 300 acres of water that Gravel Lake has to offer. All boat types are welcome as this is an all-sports lake! If you'd like to take it easy on the water, you are welcome to use our kayak or paddle board. If you'd like to spend some time fishing, the lake has blue gill, bass, walleye, northern pike and many others!
After endless fun in the sun, guests can relax inside in either of the two family rooms with access to premium tv streaming options such as HBO, Showtime, Netflix, PrimeTv, and Apple TV. WiFi is also provided for all of our guests.
In winter months, . In the Winter, you can enjoy your time ice skating / ice fishing on the lake or taking your snowmobiles out on the nearby trails. The house is also about 15 min drive from swiss valley ski resort, 30 min from Timber Ridge, and 40 min from Bittersweet.

Summary: Twice a year we stay at various homes on different lakes. This was by far our best experience to date. Everything was up-to-date and comfortable. The space is HUGE! My 3 kids got in the water to find shells even though it was only 60 degrees out. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We would love another visit sometime.

Summary: My family and I had a great summer vacation getaway at this property. The house is modern and in a nice location on Gravel Lake. Beautiful sun rises each morning and a good amount of yard (front and back) for yard games. The area is nice as well with a good balance of activity on the water and quiet time. The owners were very responsive as well. I would recommend this property and we would consider staying here again.

Summary: It is wonderfully redone, and spacious, and clean, and tons of zones for groups to hang out from 14 to 92. Neighbors were friendly and even recommended local ice cream shop - Hayloft did not disappoint! Kayak and lily pad mat got a lot of use. Will come again!

Summary: It was a very relaxing and fun vacation. The house and property are beautiful. The lake was perfect for the kids. It’s a great area for them to play in the water, look for shells, play on the floating mat and above all, catching minnows. (It’s a very clear lake) The house has enough space for a bigger group (we had 8 adults & 4 kids) to relax, watch tv, play games. You can spread out if needed. Also, Scott is very responsive on any questions. The neighbors were friendly and the lake wasn’t overly busy to enjoy boating. We had alot of fun, laughs and made many memories.

Summary: My family and I loved this house. We traveled to attend our daughters wedding. We plan to stay again, when we can just hang out and enjoy the house and the lake. Scott was a great host. Answered all my emails and text in a timely manner. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home.

Summary: Scott the home owner was very good with communicating. Answered everything we needed immediately. The home was absolutely beautiful with amazing views, very clean had everything we needed.
