Positive: Great communication, everything was lovely and well thought out. Was a great stay and we loved having more space than a standard hotel room and the jacuzzi was an awesome bonus!

Positive: The facility was in a quiet area, had a lovely comfortable living area with good cooking facilities. Had a Jacuzzi which my partner loved and a very comfortable bed.
Negative: Really picky really but could do with an outside bin. I had nowhere to dispose of refuse. Also and this is really picky, a potato peeler would have been really handy. But if you look at those two items, they really amount to personal preference and doesn't detract that this is a lovely property.

Positive: Great communication. Very comfortable accommodation, with lots of space and everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Loved the huge spa bath and lovely packaged Epsom salts to soak in. Also having a fire was an added bonus. The outdoor surroundings & gardens were stunning.

Positive: Lovely garden birds and ducks walking around. Nice and cosy place with heat pump. A comfortable bed and sofa. Cooking facility and whiteware provided. Warm shower and bath. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and handwash were provided There was a Netflix so it is good to watch movies when it was raining all day. There were complimentary cookies and milk in the fridge.
Negative: Bathroom was quite cold. A bath tub with jacuzzi looked nice and it was suitable for two persons, not one. It took a long time to fill up and water cool down quick as cold temperature in the bathroom. It caused steam and high humidity in the bathroom, perhaps it requires a better bathroom fan to help with ventilation. Some jets need to be fixed I think. The liquid detergent should be better quality to help clean the dishes as there was no dishwasher. A drying rack needs to replace as it was broken but still usable. Lastly be careful there was a step when you got up and walked down. Night light next to the door was not wotking, but you could hear the senser tick tick but there was no light pop up.
