Summary: It was great - heat outside made the room hot, even although there was a fan, which did help.

Summary: The park was breathtakingly beautiful and worth the stay. The staff were rather expedient. We stayed in an annex to the grand hotel which was very unattractive from the outside, though the rooms were pleasant enough. We were charged £25 extra for our dog so we didn't have breakfast to make up for for the extra cost.

Summary: Had a really nice stay, the grounds were beautiful and the rooms nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the rooms did not have air conditioning and it was unbearably hot in there as soon as the sun was up.

Summary: Lovely break away The staff in restaurant on the Saturday evening Zak Elissa Lois & Lily were very attentive and made us very welcome The reception team were very helpful too.

Summary: A good quality hotel with spa facilities at an affordable price. Excellent breakfast in relaxing surroundings. The interior of the hotel is well appointed- the outside if the Garden Wing would benefit from sourcing up.

Summary: Room was clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. That was fine considering a heatwave which affected draught ales. Service was good, plenty of ice to cool the drinks. Restaurant service from the youngsters was excellent as was the food.

Summary: Paving in garden area uneven. Coffee not always available in some bars. Pond needs warning signs, and safety features for young children. More towels needed in room. Reception lady with blonde hair, on arrival, not very friendly. On breakfast, food luke-warm, bacon and scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. Plates cold and had to chase cutlery and plates not cleared.
