Positive: Lisa is so sweet and kind. She wants to make your stay so comfortable as possible. If you need something or have questions, she will fix it for you. The room was super clean and smelled nice! Everybody was so kind! The breakfast was fantastico! Grazie mille Lisa! Next time we are in Italy, we will send you a message like promised 😉
