3 Bedroom House in Coos Bay

Our home is conveniently located on the edge of downtown Coos Bay, in a nice, family friendly neighborhood. It’s just a short walk with no steep hills to a variety of restaurants, pubs, antique shops and the boardwalk. We are situated directly across the street from beautiful Mingus Park.
We have three bedrooms and two full baths. On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a large six person table, the living-room with gas fireplace, a full bath with soaking tub, the queen bedroom with pillow top mattress and our spacious laundry room with full capacity washer/dryer and plenty of counter space to fold laundry and also a utility sink.
Out the back of the house through the laundry room door, you’ll find the spacious backyard with room to play, the covered patio area and an uncovered space to the right where you can BBQ with our Weber charcoal grill.
Upstairs you will find our coffee bar with a Keurig and mini fridge, an electric piano and the rooftop deck with table and seating for 4. Our second full bathroom has a shower with seating and dual sinks. The twin bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a shared nightstand. The master bedroom has a plush king bed, a little seating area with a table for two and a lovely view overlooking Mingus Park and the surrounding neighborhood.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. We ask that you please keep that in mind. We wish to respect those of our guests who may have allergies or sensitivities.

Summary: Fabulous location (not even a top priority in my book, but a great perk!) and super responsive host; Sabrina is the best! Loved the ability to actually cook in the kitchen — nothing missing — and loved the BEDS! Husband said the same thing! The laundry room was a life-saver. Will return if I can ever get back to that side of the country. Beyond clean, beyond lovely!!

Summary: This is an immaculate house and it was a pleasure to stay there! Anytime my family meets together in the area we will definitely stay here if it’s available. There was some minor construction going on in the park across the street each day, but that as totally out of the owners control—and it was minor construction, so it should be finished by the time anyone reads this!Thank you so much!

Summary: We loved our stay - there wasn’t anything we needed that had not been provided. Beautiful park across the street that provided much needed exercise from a long road trip from Kansas! Will recommend to family - we have a granddaughter in college in the area.

Summary: We loved everything about it except having to park on the street. but inside is very nice and clean! We would come again for sure. All the supplies, kitchen tools, and bathroom toiletries were great. They even had both a coffee pot and pod coffee maker with pods. They also had a patio! The fireplace was great as well. This place thoughtful consideration for anything a traveler would need. It shows pride of ownership. Very easy check out instruction. Summary: The location was both a highlight and the only crticism by our group. It is easy to access, located right next to Mingus park, and central to many fun activities. Unfortunately traffic on 10th Street, barking dogs, quarreling people, pedestrians in front of the house disturbed sleep for guests in upstairs bedrooms.Selina is an excellent hosts providing that perfect balance of assuring we were OK without at all intruding on our orivacy. My wife and I were in the back first floor bedroom and heard NO noise except brief garbage collection one morning. Garbage collection is noisy anywhere. No problem. I thiroughly enjoyed my stay and would look forward to returning. I did a couple of fun early morning excursions in the park to walk and shoot photos.
