Positive: Was enough for a quick over night stay while travelling. Check in was super easy which makes it perfect for spontaneous bookings in the night.
Negative: The sheets on the sofabed (be aware that you have to set up the bed yourself, which makes sense, since it's functioning as a sofa throughout the day) were smelly. Smelt like it hasn't been properly washed for a while. Also there were still crumpled up (used?) sheets in the cupboard. There were not enough parking spaces outside and I had to park somewhat illegally. Could hear the neighbours through the walls.
Summary: Okay for overnight stay but not more (smelly sheets)

Positive: Provided bottled water which was very thoughtful.
Negative: Description can be clearer to prepare guests. Sofabeds were not very clean. Can provide a fan to cool down when it's hot. And be a little flexible with check-in time or add to the description that there is no flexibility.

Positive: Everything you needed was in the kitchen (plates, glasses etc).
Negative: There are total of 15 apartments but only 3 parking places for the car. The room didn't have big towels for the bathroom, only two small ones (about 50x30cm). At first we were given the wrong code to the lock box.

Negative: - plasterboard walls between the rooms - can hear everything through the walls - could hear people talk throughout the night

Positive: Everything you needed. Lots of space, bathroom was bigger than the rest of the flat😂 Very stylish inside the apartments and clean.
Negative: Location was slightly far from the centre, however Ubers are cheap. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, backache. Not ideal for two persons .

Positive: It was ver clean and didn't hear neighbours. Amenities in the kitchen were very useful.
Negative: The sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. We got a room in the basement with little heating system room, because of that it was very hot and loud to sleep. Despite it was still cold outside, we had to sleep with opened window.
