Summary: We had a mini Family Reunion in the Albany area so 10 of us stay at this spacious home. Plenty of sleeping capability and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The back patio and fire pit was a real treat as the evening got cooler. Location was super as we had many flying into Albany Intl Airport. We had a great golf tournament at Frear Park Golf Course. With the foliage changing and nice weather - it was perfect! Thanks for letting us stay with you!

Summary: Sergio's home is in a safe neighborhood with almost no traffic. The home and yard were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time there. Sergio checked in with us to make sure that everything was OK.

Summary: We rented this property for the weekend that my daughter graduated. The location of the house to her school was very convenient. We met Sergio at the house and he showed us around. He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. I would have liked to have known that before we got there so I could have asked if certain things were there. The house was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. Sergio made himself available if we needed anything during our stay. Since it was a busy weekend, we did not spend alot of time in the house. I left a note with some issues we had over the weekend with the house, Sergio appreciated this information.
